Be part of the SD State Fair Grandstand ticket sales team!
The State Fair is seeking seasonal ticket sellers from June through State Fair, or late August through the State Fair. Ticket sellers will be trained and must learn the State Fair ticketing sales program. General computer skills are necessary, as well as excellent customer service skills. State Fair Hiring Seasonal Maintenance Worker
The SD State Fair is seeking a seasonal Maintenance Worker to perform a variety of routine building and grounds maintenance projects including general maintenance, custodial duties, and set-up and tear-down of events. This position is from May through October generally Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm but does require some weekends with extended work hours before, during, and after the annual State Fair. $14 per hour. The SD State Fair hires for special events and fair week; position availability varies! Open positions include: Maintenance, gate, beer, restroom and building attendants, shuttle crew, and security (civilian and uniform). Hours vary, pay rate varies.
