Ivory
Regarded as one of the Midwest’s true supergroups, with a lineup featuring the
top performers from many of the Midwest’s best bands, Ivory toured extensively
as a professional full-time entity for over 13 years from 1975 through 1988.
Originating in the mystical Black Hills, recording in Denver, Minneapolis and LA,
touring arenas with a host of the most famous national recording artists and
subsequently performing from the East Coast to Canada and throughout the
Midwest and Rockies, Ivory raised the bar for live performance bands with their
musical talent and a myriad of technical and stage innovations.
Touring in semi-trucks that hauled around their massive sound and light system
and renowned jungle stage set, Ivory, together with their professional tech crew,
created the sight and sound experience for the record-setting sell-out crowds the
band was famous for.
Still performing 34 years later, Ivory’s current band features the same lineup of
musicians from the mid-80’s and plays select special events and concerts
throughout the entire United States.
